Family Portrait sessions are designed to represent the unique and various aspects of your family. Sessions are taken outdoors in an environment where you are encouraged to connect with one another in the natural environment. Tender moments between family members are led by the photographer in order to capture the true essence of your family. Various poses of the family are taken within the time frame and include directed candid portraits (no camera eye contact), standard posed portraits (with camera eye contact), individual children's portraits, sibling portraits, and portraits between parents.

**This is for the $50 non-refundable deposit only. The $50 will be reduced from the remaining balance. The remaining balance will be based on the package you select and the amount is due on the date of the session. **

There are two packages available:

30 minute session with 12 digital images for up to 8 people for $500. For more than 6 people, please add an additional $20 per person.

45 minute session with 15 digital images for up to 8 people for $650. For more than 8 people, please add an additional $20 per person.

60 minute session with 20 digital images for up to 6 people for $700. For more than 6 people, please add an additional $20 per person.

Prices are valid January 2025 through August 2025. Date and time will be arranged with you directly with the photographer. Please note that the location will be dependent on the time you are available. Sessions that take place prior to sunset are ideal for lighting.

Sessions will take place in the east bay area and some locations require some short walking and stair climbing. Please indicate if there are any physical limitations. It is highly recommended to wear comfortable shoes until we reach our photo destination (in some locations). Recommended colors for family portraits include shades of pinks, reds, blues, yellows, whites, beige, burgundy, and greens. **For women and girls, it is highly recommended to wear flowy dresses. These dresses can be purchased from places like Joyfolie, Amazon, and Shein. Keep family members within a color scheme and avoid wearing all matching colors. Please avoid wearing clothes with logos.

**Sessions may not exceed the time booked. Starting on time is essential due to lighting and other scheduled sessions. Sessions are booked back to back so please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find the location and get settled. Please note that if you arrive late, your session is still scheduled to end at the time agreed.

-Payment must be paid in full immediately using Venmo @chelseabulik (preferred), Zelle, ApplePay, or PayPal ([email protected]) using the Friends and Family option. If you wish to pay by cash or check, you may do so on the day of our session.

-Package does not include prints. Prints can be purchased separately through your private online gallery.

-Files included are high resolution and can be printed up to poster size.

-You will receive the proofs within 5-7 days and your proof gallery will be active for 2-3 weeks.

-The editing process will not start until I am notified that you have made your final selections and any balance is paid in full. You will receive your final images within 10 days of contacting me that you have picked your final selections.

-You may purchase additional images after viewing the proofs.
$12 per edited image or
$100 for a bundle of 10 extra edited images or
$325 for a bundle of 10 extra edited images plus all of the RAW/unedited images from the session

-You will receive an email within 72 hours of the session date with additional details including the address.

-Please check your email the day of the session in case there are any last minute changes.

-Please note that deposits are non-refundable and only apply to this date unless the session is cancelled by the photographer or flu symptoms are present. Please notify me within 24 hours of our session.

-In the event of rain, sessions will be cancelled only if it is raining at the time of the session. I will contact you within 24 hours of the session to confirm the session based on the weather report. If you don't hear from me then the session is still scheduled as planned.
